An Investment in Your Child’s Future

It’s our goal to make Marist School affordable for as many families as possible. That’s why Marist allocates approximately $2.6 million in need-based tuition assistance each year to nearly 1 in 6 of our students, representing a wide range of financial circumstances. Allocations range from $2,000 to the full cost of tuition, with our average award covering 60% of tuition. If Marist is the right fit for your family, but the cost of tuition feels out of reach, we believe submitting a tuition assistance application is worth exploring.

Textbooks

Books and supplies typically cost around $500 per year and are purchased by parents through Marist’s BNC Direct Virtual Bookstore.

Uniforms

Uniforms are purchased by parents at Flynn O’Hara or Mills Uniform Company. Used uniform sales are offered each year by the Campus Store.

Lunch

Marist’s cafeteria offers daily lunch provided by Sage Dining Services. A hot, healthy lunch costs approximately $5 per plate.

Student Activities

Athletic, academic, fine arts, and campus ministry activities, as well as interest clubs, may charge participation fees that vary in cost to cover group meals, travel, required gear, banquets, and other discretionary expenses.

Student Travel

For academic, foreign exchange, and mission trips, financial aid is available to all students through a separate financial aid application—regardless of whether they currently receive tuition assistance.

How are tuition, fees, and additional expenses billed?

When are tuition, fees, and additional expenses billed?

A $2,000 enrollment payment is due at the time of enrollment. This amount covers the $500 registration fee and $1,500 advance deposit, which is applied to tuition. The enrollment payment is reduced to $500 for students receiving tuition assistance.

Families have the option to pay the balance of tuition in full on July 1; in two payments on July 1 and December 1; or over 10 months beginning on July 1.

All cafeteria charges, student activity fees, and miscellaneous charges will be billed over the course of the year and must be paid on the subsequent month's bill via Smart Tuition.
